If the luxury of taking a seat, relaxing and following through physical movements sounds like your form of exercise, then you should try out Chair Yoga.
Chair Yoga takes traditional yoga poses and adapts them for the chair. Our students are taken through exercises such as sun salutations and downward dogs all from a seated position. There is no getting on the floor.
Our students are people who know that ‘if they don’t use it, they’ll lose it’. And it works. They report increased energy, better balance and improved flexibility.
Of course, we adapt classes to individual needs depending on your current state of health. Students wear comfortable clothing and shoes are optional!
