Exercise fitness is the most modifiable factor to living a long and comfortable life. We know nowadays that sedentary behaviour accumulates cardiovascular risk - sitting is the new smoking! Being as fit as you can be means living is easier and allows you to enjoy more activities.

Come join us for a light exercise class to learn more about how to optimise your fitness with our exercise physiologist. Osana's mission is to help Australians live a healthy and happy life, and where possible keep you out of the hospital system.
